The Asian Electric Vehicle Society is active in a world where environment protection and energy conservation are growing
concerns, the development of battery electric vehicles (BEV), hybrid electric
vehicles (HEV) and fuel cell electric vehicles (FCEV) have taken on an
accelerated pace. The dream of having commercially viable electric vehicles
is becoming a reality. The Journal of Asian Electric Vehicles (JAEV) aims
to provide a forum and archives for sharing knowledge, experience and creative
ideas among scientists, engineers, industrialists, government officers
and related persons, to accelerate the research, development, production,
commercialization and applications of various types electric vehicles in
Asia.
The JAEV welcomes papers and technical notes on all aspects of electric
vehicles, including battery electric vehicles, hybrid electric vehicles
and fuel cell electric vehicles and their components, as well as related
environmental issues, transportation systems, policy, management, marketing,
etc. Good quality practical papers are as welcome as those of an academic
