Conference scope
Under the widely spreading transportation vehicles in the world, it becomes to be very important to develop electric automobile, electrical bicycle and electrical industrial vehicle widely. Especially in Asia it is predicted to consume a huge amount of energy and emitting pollution in the near future. The maim aim of this conference is not only to exchange the electric vehicle technologies but also to share the ideas of human nature towards the energy consumption and politics.
We warmly welcome scientific researcher, students, and industrial workers from all over the world to come forward and try to work out this global issue

Registration
Registration Fee: The registration and conference fee of 150 US$, (100 US$ for students) will cover an informal get-together, banquet, the summary of abstracts and the conference proceedings.

Call for papers and submission of abstracts
The lecturers for the Review and Topical Talks will be invited by the Program Committee on the recommendation of the International Organizing Committee members. Contributed papers for oral and poster presentations will be selected by the Program Committee on the basis of the submitted abstracts.

Publication
Guideline for Submission of Abstract

The title should be written in 14 pt. bold capitals centered at top of the page followed by authors names and affiliation (12 pt.). The name of the presenting author should be underlined. Please leave one line between title and authors and two lines between affiliation and text.
The abstract should be of one page in A4 size paper using MS Word format 1.5 spaced, 12 pt. Times New Roman font with full 25 mm margin on all four sides. Any figure or table included should be of size that is easily readable. Indicate the category of topic on the top.
A book of abstracts will be prepared from the original abstracts submitted by the authors and will be distributed at the conference registration desk.

Publication
A book will be published after the Conference by an officail publisher. The manuscripts for the Review Talks and Contributed Papers accepted for presentation at the Conference must be handed over to the Local Organizing Committee at the Conference. The detailed instructions for preparation of the manuscripts will be sent to the main author of each accepted paper prior to the meeting.


Meeting location
The Conference site at Osaka City University is located at the center of Osaka City. It takes 1 hour by JR train from Kansai Airport (KIX).
